So I'm a Slacker....but everyone knows that already!

Corey took last Monday off and we went to the Zoo. It was alot of fun.

He rode in his wagon and had to have his glasses on practically the whole time.

We went to the elephant show and they showed us how they teach them tricks so that the care givers can make shure they are doing good. Dax was unsure about the fake elephant he would not get down.

We went to the bird show too. It was very entertaining, most of the birds would fly right over your head.

We had to do the traditional drinking fountain pic. Last time it wasn't working.

They are doing Zoorasic Park right now, it was fun. This was a dinosaur the kids could climb on, but this is as close as Dax would get.

He even held his arms out this time.

It was so fun to have Corey with us, Dax loved having his dad there.

PS we also went on the carosel but Dax wouldn't sit on the animal so we got crappy pics, oh well.

The Zoo

Last Thursday Kaylynn called me and asked if Dax and I wanted to go to the zoo with them. I was so excited it has been forever since I have been to the zoo. Dax is a little to small to appriciate it but it was still alot of fun. Here are the pictures:

McKinley, Dax and Ellie Dax and I on the train, he was really tired and did not like all the noise so by the end of the ride he was ready to get off.

Dax and I on the Carosel, he was fine until it started moving then he got nervous and slowly kept leaning over to me until I finally just held him the rest of the time on the ride.
